"Battery life feels really overstated"
The battery doesn’t last anywhere near as long as I expected. Drains way too fast. Disappointing.

"Support was alright, just kinda slow"
I had to reach out to ankersolix.com support for a setup problem. They did get back to me and the person was nice enough, but it took longer than I expected. I also had to repeat the same details twice, which was a bit annoying. They did help me fix it in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest. Faster replies would definitely make it better

"Setup was way more frustrating than expected"
The product itself looks nice, but getting it set up was a hassle. The app wouldn’t connect at first, and a few parts of the instructions were unclear, so I kept having to restart things and try again. I reached out for help, but support was slow and it kind of felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. Everyone was polite enough, but I mostly got passed around or given basic suggestions. It’s working now, but the installation process was a lot more annoying than it needed to be

"Not worth it for backup power"
I pretty much knew right away this wasn’t going to cut it. The power backup shut off after about an hour, and my fridge still ended up getting warm. For something meant to help in an outage, that’s a hard no from me.

"I really wanted the solar charging..."
I really wanted the solar charging to be useful, but wow, it takes an eternity. I left it out in the sun expecting at least some decent progress, and it barely charged at all. Kind of a letdown, honestly.

"Feels cheap and honestly frustrating for the price"
I wanted to like this, but the build quality really let me down. The plastic feels thin, the panels don’t line up nicely, and after only a few uses it already started creaking. The handle also feels like it’s one bad pull away from giving out. For the price, I shouldn’t feel like I’m practically begging for something that at least feels sturdy. i’m resentful that I spent this much and got something that feels this cheap.

"App keeps messing up when I need it most"
This app has been frustrating to use. It keeps losing connection, and sometimes the battery info it shows is just wrong. Notifications either come late or don’t show up at all, which defeats the whole point when I’m trying to check it often. I even tried reinstalling it, but nothing changed. And if there’s ever an issue, having to sit around waiting in a queue just makes the whole thing even more annoying.

"Charges fast, right?"
I got my Anker Solix a few weeks ago, the charging speed seems solid so far. It fills up faster than I expected, even when I’ve got a few things going. It’s not perfect every single time, but overall it’s been really good. That seems decent, right?

I had a smooth time using Ankersolix. Pages loaded in maybe a few seconds, and I found most of the product info after just a couple clicks. Checkout was straightforward too, probably took me around 5 minutes total. I spent a bit comparing 2 or 3 options, but overall it was easy enough to use. I'd give it about 4 stars.

"Power output really let me down"
I bought this from ankersolix.com my first reaction was just, wait, that’s it? The power output was the biggest letdown for me because it didn’t come close to what I thought I was getting.
I tried using it with a few normal things, nothing crazy, and it started struggling way sooner than I expected. In real use, it just didn’t feel like the numbers on the site matched what it could actually handle.
For what it costs, I’m annoyed. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless they explain the output a lot more clearly, because this was disappointing right out of the gate.

i mean, I ordered from ankersolix.com thinking the shipping would be straightforward, but it ended up being way slower than they said. The tracking barely changed, and when I reached out to support, it felt like they were just sending copy-paste replies. I’m still waiting even after the promised delivery date, so yeah, frustrating overall.

"It does what it’s supposed to most..."
It does what it’s supposed to most of the time, but I’ve run into a few random issues that make it hard to fully trust. Nothing major every single time, but enough little glitches that I’m starting to second-guess relying on it
"Works okay, but not quite what I hoped"
I got this set up without much trouble, and overall it does what it’s supposed to do. Support was decent when I had a question, and I like that it feels solid. I ended up putting it out in the garage, thinking that would keep it out of the way, but after using it for a bit, the fan noise started to stand out more than I expected. Even from inside, I can hear it kick on often. If noise isn’t a big deal for your setup, it might be fine, but for me it’s a little too loud to be happy with.

"I like that it’s light enough for me..."
I like that it’s light enough for me to move around without much effort. The only thing I noticed is the handle feels a little awkward in my hand, but overall it works fine for me.
